Inn at Rancho Santa Fe
JMI purchased the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, an 80-room luxury hotel located in Rancho Santa Fe, California, in April 2012. The Inn is situated on 21 beautifully landscaped acres in the heart of the Village of Rancho Santa Fe. The Hotel includes almost 18,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, an outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, the Morada Restaurant, as well as the Huntsman Whiskey Bar. The Inn was purchased from the family of Stephen Royce, who along with his family had owned the asset since 1958. Since JMIR acquired the asset in 2012, the hotel has undergone an extensive renovation to bring it above and beyond current luxury consumer demands, as well as branding it as a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. Since renovation and rebranding, the hotel continues to be operated under the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe name, but continues to be an irreplaceable asset to the community of Rancho Santa Fe.
