Marquette Minneapolis
JMI acquired the Marquette Hotel, a 281-room full-service Hilton hotel set in the IDS Center (designed by renowned architect Phillip Johnson) and connected to the Minneapolis Skyway. The hotel underwent an extensive guestroom and public space renovation in 2017, as well as a rebranding to the Curio Collection by Hilton. The hotel was sold in September of 2021.
